香港城市大學管理學系的「工商管理學士（管理學）」課程（JS1005）旨在培養學生在本港及跨國商業環境中管理人員和團隊的能力。學生將掌握決策、領導與激勵員工、推動組織變革，以及制定和執行本地及國際業務策略的知識與技能，迎接未來管理挑戰。課程設有兩個專修範疇：人力資源管理（HRM）與策略及國際管理（SIM）。HRM涵蓋僱傭法例、人力資源分析、績效與薪酬管理及人才培訓，培養學生成為企業人才戰略推手；SIM則包括高級策略分析、跨國公司管理、亞太業務拓展及策略創業，訓練學生洞察商業運作並推動創新。課程強調體驗式學習，學生可透過案例研究、小組討論及「管理實習」選修科，累積真實職場經驗；高年級學生更可參與「願景追夢師徒計劃」，由業界專家提供指導，協助規劃職涯。另一亮點是與美國哥倫比亞大學合作的「雙聯學士學位課程」，符合資格的學生可於三、四年級赴美深造，畢業時同獲兩所知名大學頒授學位，建立全球人脈網絡。

The BBA Management programme (JS1005) at City University of Hong Kong aims to equip students with the ability to manage people, teams, and organisations in both local and international contexts. Students will acquire knowledge in decision-making, leadership, motivation, organisational change, and business strategy to meet future management challenges. The programme offers two distinctive streams: Human Resources Management (HRM) and Strategy & International Management (SIM). HRM covers employment law, HR analytics, performance and compensation management, and talent development, preparing graduates as strategic HR leaders. SIM includes advanced strategy analysis, multinational management, Asia-Pacific business expansion, and strategic entrepreneurship, nurturing global-minded innovators. Experiential learning is emphasized through case studies, group projects, and the “Management Internship” elective, while senior students can join the Vision Quest Mentorship Scheme to receive guidance from industry professionals. A major highlight is the Joint Bachelor’s Degree Programme with Columbia University, enabling qualified students to study abroad in their third and fourth years and graduate with dual degrees from two prestigious institutions, building global networks and enhancing career prospects. Additionally, students have the opportunity to apply for the Joint Bachelor's Degree program between City University of Hong Kong and Columbia University. Upon completing the programme, students will receive bachelor's degrees from both institutions.
