Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team overseeing two key initiatives: the Sport and Health Project and the Women's Intensive Care and Co-living Projects.
Support service users amongst the homeless and broader community in enhancing their physical and mental well-being through sports and wellness program.
Apply a generic social work approach that integrates case work, group work, community development, and research to bridge micro and macro practices through evidence-based methods to maximize client outcomes and create meaningful social impact.
Coordinate and implement sports and health projects, and support daily operation of the sports centre.
Cooperate with external bodies to coordinate and promote mass activities and tournaments.
Handle program reporting, administrative tasks and provide operational support.
Undertake outdoor field work and outreach to attract people experiencing homelessness.
Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Requirements :
Recognized diploma or above, especially graduates in Social Work, Counselling, Sports and Recreation Management, Health and Rehabilitation.
Proactive, energetic, humble, responsible, with strong reflective and execution abilities.
Proficient in computer operations, with good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
Eagerness to serve people experiencing homelessness in Hong Kong.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Programme Officer position.
