Job Duties :

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team overseeing two key initiatives: the Sport and Health Project and the Women's Intensive Care and Co-living Projects.
  
• Support service users amongst the homeless and broader community in enhancing their physical and mental well-being through sports and wellness program.
  
• Apply a generic social work approach that integrates case work, group work, community development, and research to bridge micro and macro practices through evidence-based methods to maximize client outcomes and create meaningful social impact.
  
• Coordinate and implement sports and health projects, and support daily operation of the sports centre.
  
• Cooperate with external bodies to coordinate and promote mass activities and tournaments.
  
• Handle program reporting, administrative tasks and provide operational support.
  
• Undertake outdoor field work and outreach to attract people experiencing homelessness.
  
• Perform other assigned tasks as required.

• Recognized diploma or above, especially graduates in Social Work, Counselling, Sports and Recreation Management, Health and Rehabilitation.
  
• Proactive, energetic, humble, responsible, with strong reflective and execution abilities.
  
• Proficient in computer operations, with good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
  
• Eagerness to serve people experiencing homelessness in Hong Kong.
  
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Programme Officer position.
