Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to the House Team, ensuring high-quality, family-centered services in a 24-hour residential setting
Oversee daily house operations including check-in / check-out, family orientation, and ongoing engagement to support families' psychosocial well-being
Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate team members; manage manpower planning to ensure full shift coverage, including weekends and public holidays
Drive service excellence through regular review of SOPs, policies, and House Operations Manual
Handle crisis management, critical incidents, and emergency situations with sound judgment
Collaborate closely with Facility, Development, Volunteer, Finance Teams and medical / social work partners to ensure smooth operations, proper resource utilization, and effective referral and case management
Monitor budget control, procurement compliance, service quality, incident investigation, reporting, and committee work
Maintain strong partnerships with hospital professionals and social workers to manage referrals and ongoing family support
Review and implement house policies with the CEO to ensure a safe and positive family experience
Monitor the House budget and ensure compliance with procurement policies
Oversee incident reporting and maintain service quality standards
Conduct family meetings and inspections, and prepare regular reports
Serve as Secretary of the House Operations Committee
Requirements :
Recognized Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or above; Registered Social Worker
Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience in social services, with at least 5 years in a senior management or supervisory role
Strong leadership presence with proven experience managing residential care homes, hostels, rehabilitation or similar institutional settings
Solid knowledge of residential/housekeeping operations, facilities coordination, and service quality control
Demonstrated experience in crisis management and handling complex family situations
Strong interpersonal, organizational, financial, and administrative skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office and able to work flexibly according to operational needs
