Responsibilities :

• To implement and promote well-being programmes for estate residents;
  
• To ensure alignment with project goals and compliance with relevant standards;
  
• To collaborate with residents, academic institutions, funders, and local partners;
  
• To facilitate community meetings to gather feedback and strengthen service delivery;
  
• To lead project teams, delegate tasks, and to provide training;
  
• To manage budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources;
  
• To collect and analyze programme data;
  
• To prepare progress reports and document insights to support continuous improvement; and
  
• To identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project operations and long-term sustainability.

• Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, Project Management or related disciplines;
  
• Registered Social Worker is a plus;
  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in community development, mental health or NGO project coordination;
  
• Proven experience in project planning, implementation, and evaluation, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
  
• Solid experience in budget control and resource allocation;
  
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead team and engage volunteers effectively;
  
• Mature, sociable, meticulous and be able to work independently for multiple tasks and under pressure; and
  
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
