Senior Manager - Community Connection & Social Impact (Wan Chai) (Contract Post)
SideBySide is seeking a visionary and dynamic Senior Manager to join our leadership team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and innovation of the Agency's community connection initiatives, including but not limited to housing projects and others community linkage and development services.

Key Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, the Senior Manager will -
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership in shaping and executing strategic plans across diverse service areas
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, evidence-based services aligned with community needs
- Drive organizational capacity building, operational and financial excellence, and reputation enhancement
- Provide cultural, strategic, and operational leadership in policy development, advocacy, and service innovation
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in self-financed projects, or related services, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strategic thinker with a passion for social impact and service innovation
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage cross-sectoral initiatives
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, networking, and relationship building
- Proficient in digital tools and data analysis related to social welfare, policy, and service trends
