Responsibilities :

  • Manage ads on Google, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu: setup, targeting, creatives, daily monitoring
  • Track CTR / CPC / conversion, report data, optimize campaigns
  • Follow platform policy & new features; explore marketing opportunities
  • Assist budget & cost control; hit lead / sales / brand KPIs
  • Troubleshoot ad issues & coordinate with platforms

Requirements :
  • Bachelor's in Marketing / Advertising / Communication / Data Analytics
  • 1-3 years digital ad experience; skilled in ≥4 platforms
  • Fluent English & Chinese
  • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables); data visualization a plus
  • Junior candidates welcome
