Descriptions
- 持政府認可之社會工作副學士 / 高級文憑 / 文憑證書，香港中學會考中、英文科 (課程乙) 合格 / 香港中學文憑考試中、英文科 2 級或以上，註冊社工；具復康服務、帶領治療小組經驗者優先考慮；
- 負責日間綜合職業復康服務中心之個案，發掘服務使用者之期望及能耐，以配合提供訓練機會；
- 提供復康訓練、社交、康樂活動、個案工作、家屬工作及社區教育，協助管理中心流程及督導員工；
- 為服務使用者及家屬 / 照顧者提供輔導，協助推行照顧者工作；
- 建立義工網絡，連結及吸納社區資源以支援服務使用者的不同需要，同時推動社區共融；
- 每週平均工作 44 小時，星期一至五工作，星期六輪值或按需要上班，將軍澳區工作。
