D.R.E.A.M. Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities
(funded by Home Affairs Department)

Duties :
(a) Assist in the implementation of groups, programmes and activities for ethnic minorities. (b) Handle daily reception duties and respond to general enquiries. (c) Manage fee payment for groups, programmes and activities. (d) Provide clerical and administrative support to centre operations. (e) Provide interpretation service for service users.
Requirements :
(a) Completed Form 5 / HKDSE / secondary school or above. (b) Knowledge of the culture of ethnic minorities service users. (c) Proven work experience assisting in the implementation of groups and programmes.
Other Requirements :
(a) Good command of oral and written English. (b) Able to read, write and effectively communicate in Chinese and/or any EM language is an advantage. (c) Demonstrate positive and self-motivated attitude, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision. (d) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. (e) Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural team and work environment. (f) Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. (g) Required to work by roster arrangement which may include evening duties and weekends (Saturdays / Sundays).
