• Possess a Higher Diploma or Certificate in Dispensing Studies, or an equivalent qualification
  
• Enthusiastic and passionate about patient care and community health
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English
  
• Proactive, responsible, and a good team player
  
• Provide accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, ensuring adherence to legal and professional standards
  
• Counsel patients on the safe and effective use of medications and advise on appropriate over-the-counter products, promoting medication safety
  
• Monitor, maintain, and control drug inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure proper storage in compliance with regulatory requirements
  
• Support pharmacy operations through precise data entry, maintenance of dispensing records, and documentation in accordance with guidelines and policies
  
• Engage in community health initiatives and support public health programs as part of the pharmacy's integrated healthcare services
  
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support pharmacy functions and ensure quality service delivery
