Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree or above
  
• Good Command of English and Chinese
  
• Proficient in MS Office Skills
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• To support the operation of IMC
  
• To assist teachers in financial resource management (such as procurement, budgeting, financial control, writing proposal to apply for funding, etc.)
  
• To handle routine school administrative matters (such as : staff recruitment, taking minutes of meeting, handling of complaints, updating the information of the School Homepage, preparing invigilation time-table, etc.)
  
• To provide secretarial support for Principal
  
• To liaise with stakeholders of the school
