Descriptions

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree or above
Good Command of English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office Skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Key Duties :

To support the operation of IMC
To assist teachers in financial resource management (such as procurement, budgeting, financial control, writing proposal to apply for funding, etc.)
To handle routine school administrative matters (such as : staff recruitment, taking minutes of meeting, handling of complaints, updating the information of the School Homepage, preparing invigilation time-table, etc.)
To provide secretarial support for Principal
To liaise with stakeholders of the school

Salary :
Master pay scale points 15 to 27.
