Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver dynamic English Language lessons for students under HKDSE pathway, ensuring high standards of student engagement and achievement.
  
• Prepare and rigorously train students for HKDSE, including the execution and moderation of relevant coursework components.
  
• Develop and update curriculum materials, incorporating current events, global issues, and interdisciplinary approaches, while actively embedding Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodologies.
  
• Assess student performance through coursework, exams, and formative methods, providing targeted feedback and support to drive improvement.
  
• Adapt teaching to accommodate varied abilities, including effective differentiation to support individual learners in diverse classrooms.
  
• Organize enrichment activities such as school trips, fieldwork, guest speakers, or English classes to enhance subject interest and skills.
  
• Work collaboratively with the English Language team and other subject teachers to foster cross-curricular projects, and school events.
  
• Uphold safeguarding protocols, encouraging respectful and critical discussions on sensitive topics like ethics, diversity, and sustainability.

• BA in English, English Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
  
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Teaching License).
  
• Proven experience in preparing students for HKDSE. Experience teaching non-local students is an advantage.
  
• Excellent English and strong written and spoken communication skills. As our school is bilingual, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  
• A commitment to innovative and future-focused education including project-based learning.
  
• Satisfactory criminal background check.
