• RSW, Degree in Social Work or above, HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 / above (incl. Chi. and Eng.) or equivalent
  
• Good command in English and Chinese
  
• Experience in youth services is preferred
  
• Passionate in youth work, with agility, creativity and team building skills
  
• Supervise social worker(s) and project officer(s)
  
• Oversee program planning, case management, and group interventions for users with employment needs
  
• Manage budgets, manpower allocation and write-up proposal for new funding opportunities
  
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to support initiatives
  
• Coordinate and execute innovative projects and programs focused on employment and career development for young adults, tertiary students, and secondary school students.
