• To work with service units on their repairs & maintenance issues, facility management and make arrangement for necessary follow-up actions.
  
• To monitor the renovation projects.
  
• To liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers to carry out works at service units.
  
• To monitor work and furniture & equipment purchases and prepare claims to relevant funding bodies.
  
• To monitor site progress to ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance with required standards.
  
• To prepare funding applications, tender / contract documents and reports, as well as provide general administrative support.
  
• Five-day work week.
  
• Work Location : Quarry Bay (Head Office).
  
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.

Candidates should have a degree in Building Surveying, Facility Management, or a related discipline with at least 4 years' relevant working experience, or a Higher Diploma in the same or related disciplines with at least 6 years' relevant working experience. Candidates should have a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to handle multiple tasks and the capacity to prioritize work under tight schedules. It is required that the candidate be a good team player with excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills and be proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of computer software, including MS Office, Chinese word processing and AutoCAD is required.
