The applicant should :

• possess native-speaker English competence; and
  
• obtain a Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; and a PGDE or TEFL / TESL at certificate level, or equivalent; and valid IELTS results (overall band score of 7.5 or above, with "Speaking" band score of 7.5 or above); and
  
• attain a pass in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (degree); and
  
• possess HKID or valid working visa; and
  
• be enthusiastic and promote English learning atmosphere through English activities.
