• Degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing or Healthcare Management
  
• At least 2 years of working experience in the healthcare or NGO sectors
  
• Entrepreneurial, mature, self-motivated and good at taking initiatives
  
• Excellent in communications, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
  
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  
• Develop, implement and oversee the operations of the Dental Clinic or health-related services, and build a self-sustaining business model
  
• Cultivate and implement partnerships with different stakeholders that will achieve strategic goal and development of primary healthcare
  
• Take the lead in standardizing, streamlining, as well as automation of processes to improve work efficiency and effectiveness
