Duties and Responsibilities :
We are looking for top caliber educators to join our management team. Related duties are to

• Assist the Principal to lead the College to growth and further development;
  
• Plan and Implement the Hong Kong and International Curriculum and Assessment;
  
• Develop teachers' diverse talents as well as to enhance their team spirit and morale to become a professional team;
  
• Assist in human resources management and organizational rejuvenation;
  
• Supervise students' moral education, life and peace education and talent development;
  
• Serve as front-line teachers for educational research and innovation.

• Share the G.T. vision and values;
  
• Possess a bachelor degree and PGDE or equivalent; a master or doctoral degree an advantage;
  
• Passionate in learning and teaching; enthusiastic about students' development;
  
• Proven track record in school administration, with at least ten years of teaching experience and preferably five years' experience at senior management level in secondary school;
  
• Understand well the trend of education and curriculum in Hong Kong and overseas (such as DSE, GCE and IB);
  
• Have good interpersonal and communicative skills; proficient in English Language and Chinese Language.
