The appointee will be responsible for (a) overseeing the end-to-end execution of assigned events, including procurement, vendor engagement, site visits, production logistics and on-site operations, to ensure seamless event delivery; (b) preparing comprehensive event materials, including rundowns, floor plans, guest lists and operational documents, with a high level of accuracy and clarity; (c) serving as the primary liaison with faculties, departments and external partners to facilitate effective communication and alignment of expectations; (d) tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, proactively troubleshooting issues, and upholding the University's protocol, service and brand standards; (e) supporting the development and maintenance of event documentation, standard operating procedures, operational workflows and databases; and (f) performing other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) a recognised Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 3 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in event organisation and/or public relations; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); (iv) strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills; and (v) a diligent and responsible work attitude, with a candid spirit and a high level of professionalism. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test in both English and Chinese.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
