  • RSW, Degree in Social Work or above
  • HKCEE / DSE 5 passes incl. English Language [Sly B] and Chinese Language [Grade E] or equivalent
  • Good command in written English and Chinese
  • Mature, excellent inter-personal and networking skills
  • At least 5 years of casework experience
  • Good leadership, highly organized & forward looking vision
  • Passionate to develop clinical practice, service development, crisis intervention and lead IFSC services
  • Strategic planning and supervision of IFSC social work team
