Administrative Officer (HR & Facility)

Responsibilities :
Administrative Officer (HR)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding.
  • Process monthly payroll, MPF contributions, and maintain accurate employee records in both the HR and filing systems.
  • Monitor attendance records and support compensation, benefits, and insurance administration, including medical insurance schemes, employee compensation, and work injury handling.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Ordinance and relevant HR policies and procedures while supporting the continuous enhancement of the HR system.
  • Assist in organising employee relations activities and well-being initiatives to foster positive staff engagement.
  • Support managers in communication with all staff as appropriate on HR matters and participate in other ad hoc HR projects as required.

Administrative Officer (Facility)
  • Assisting in the maintenance and safety of centers and liaising with contractors, vendors for inspections, licenses, and repairs.
  • Support and coordinate all centers' facility needs.
  • To perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement :
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Public Policy administration or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in the full spectrum of HR operations and experience in handling complaints and enquiries as well as well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in an NGO is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong interest in or basic understanding of gender equality, diversity, and inclusion is a plus.
