Responsibilities :

• Perform general daily accounting duties, including but not limited to preparing timely accounting vouchers, general ledgers, bank reconciliation, petty cash, expenses reimbursement and filing, etc.
  
• Assist in preparing full set of accounts
  
• Compile data and prepare a variety of accounting reports when requested
  
• Assist in performing HR duties such as payroll, MPF, & annual employer's return, etc.
  
• To assist in the general administration and logistics works related with the two Festivals
  
• To handle telephone enquiries and counter service; and
  
• Provide administrative support to the Association office

Requirements :

• Post-secondary or Diploma in Accounting with LCC Higher or equivalent
  
• 3 years' of working experience with at least 2 years' in Accounting
  
• Handle full set of accounts independently
  
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  
• Familiar with Flex System (V11) would be an asset
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  
• Self-motivated, independent and responsible
  
• Able to work overtime and be on duty for events held occasionally during holidays

Salary Scale :
HK$14,280 - HK$28,225 (MPS Point 0-11).

Terms of Appointment :
A new recruit will be appointed on a one-year probation terms. Upon passage of the probation bar, he/she may be considered for further appointment.
