Descriptions

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology or a related field
  • Ability to manage computer networks, servers, websites, and computer hardware
  • Experience configuring network equipment
  • Capability to provide daily IT operations and technical support
  • Relevant experience in a school setting is preferred

Duties :
  • Monitor the performance and operations of IT systems and the campus network to ensure secure, reliable service delivery
  • Coordinate the installation of network infrastructure, cabling, and IT closet setup
  • Monitor backup job status and assist with backup-related troubleshooting as needed
  • Provide daily helpdesk support and assist end users with technical issues
  • Support Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and perform hardware / software maintenance
  • Manage and maintain hardware and software inventory records
