EMI DSS Secondary School providing both HKDSE and GCE A Level Curriculum, which aims to pursue quality Christian school education based on biblical principles, is looking for the above positions in the current school year 2025-2026.

Descriptions

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology or a related field
Ability to manage computer networks, servers, websites, and computer hardware
Experience configuring network equipment
Capability to provide daily IT operations and technical support
Relevant experience in a school setting is preferred

Duties :

Monitor the performance and operations of IT systems and the campus network to ensure secure, reliable service delivery
Coordinate the installation of network infrastructure, cabling, and IT closet setup
Monitor backup job status and assist with backup-related troubleshooting as needed
Provide daily helpdesk support and assist end users with technical issues
Support Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and perform hardware / software maintenance
Manage and maintain hardware and software inventory records
