• Degree holder in Social Sciences or a related discipline
  
• Level 2 or above in five HKDSE subjects (including Chinese and English Language), or equivalent
  
• 1-2 years of experience in research design and project data analysis
  
• Proficient in statistical tools (e.g. SPSS, Jamovi, Excel), MS Office, and Chinese word processing
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a responsible work attitude
  
• Provide support in project evaluation activities
  
• Assist in the collection and processing of research data, including questionnaire design, the sourcing of social service data, and report drafting
  
• Support the planning and facilitation of internal training programmes
