Project Worker (SS)
Descriptions
Responsibilities :
- Assist Social Worker / Registered Nurse / Counsellor in the implementation of the "Tai Po Wang Fuk Court Fatal Blaze - Community-based Mental Health Support Programme" ("Project") stepped care model;
- Organize public education activities;
- Implement the Peer Supporter / Ambassadors' training;
- Assist in client assessments and data entry;
- Assist in district based psychoeducation programs to promote mental wellness;
- To provide staff support to all activities related to the Project;
- Handle ad hoc assignments; &
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements :
- A diploma holder or above in a related disciplinary
- At least 1 year working experience in related field
- Self-motivated, passionate and be responsible
- Able to work both independently and as a good team-player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer operation, including but not limited to MS Word and Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese
- Outdoor and holiday work might be required, subject to operational needs
- Work Location : Tai Po
- Registered Social Worker (SWA) will be priority consideration.
