Project Worker (SS)

Descriptions

Responsibilities :

  • Assist Social Worker / Registered Nurse / Counsellor in the implementation of the "Tai Po Wang Fuk Court Fatal Blaze - Community-based Mental Health Support Programme" ("Project") stepped care model;
  • Organize public education activities;
  • Implement the Peer Supporter / Ambassadors' training;
  • Assist in client assessments and data entry;
  • Assist in district based psychoeducation programs to promote mental wellness;
  • To provide staff support to all activities related to the Project;
  • Handle ad hoc assignments; &
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements :
  • A diploma holder or above in a related disciplinary
  • At least 1 year working experience in related field
  • Self-motivated, passionate and be responsible
  • Able to work both independently and as a good team-player
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer operation, including but not limited to MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese
  • Outdoor and holiday work might be required, subject to operational needs
  • Work Location : Tai Po
  • Registered Social Worker (SWA) will be priority consideration.
