Responsibilities :

  • Deliver 1-on-1 Pilates sessions (Reformer / Mat)
  • Design personalised programmes based on physiotherapist recommendations
  • Work with clients in rehabilitation, pain management, post-surgery recovery and posture correction
  • Ensure safety, track progress and maintain high service quality

Requirements :
  • Recognised Pilates certification
  • Teaching experience preferred (rehab / clinical experience is a plus)
  • Responsible, patient and safety-oriented
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
