Responsibilities :

Deliver 1-on-1 Pilates sessions (Reformer / Mat)
Design personalised programmes based on physiotherapist recommendations
Work with clients in rehabilitation, pain management, post-surgery recovery and posture correction
Ensure safety, track progress and maintain high service quality

Requirements :

Recognised Pilates certification
Teaching experience preferred (rehab / clinical experience is a plus)
Responsible, patient and safety-oriented
Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
