Job Description :

• Provide outreach services to homeless individuals over 50 in different districts using the "Holistic Therapeutic Community model", including basic health care, case counselling, crisis intervention, group activities, etc.;
  
• Connect those in need to ImpactHK's support services for the homeless, or refer them to other appropriate community resources based on their needs;
  
• Serve at community center for the homeless, and assist with center affairs;
  
• Handle other assigned duties by supervisor.

• Possess a recognized diploma in Social Work or a bachelor's degree in a related discipline;
  
• Proactive and energetic personality with an engaging communication style to initiate contact with clients;
  
• Willing to conduct outreach work during evenings;
  
• Required to take shifts at the community center on weekends and public holidays;
  
• Committed to serving marginalized communities, with a basic understanding of and interest in homelessness-related issues;
  
• Proficient in computer operations, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
  
• A team player who is adaptable, eager to learn, and open to new challenges;
  
• Graduating students are welcome to apply.
