為註冊非牟利慈善團體及香港社會服務聯會之會員機構。於社區開設銀鈴護士站及銀鈴醫護站，為基層長者提供免費健康個案管理服務。因應本會發展，現誠聘上述職位。

Descriptions

Requirements :

  • Holder of valid Registered Nurse (General) practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
  • Bachelor of Nursing or above
  • Minimum 2 years of aggregate post registration experience as Registered Nurse with geriatric care in hospital / in community settings (e.g.: CNS, DHC, NGOs, etc.). Experience in dementia care or eye care would be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; Mature and independent
  • Good computer literacy

Key Responsibilities :
  • Coordinate health project(s) in the CareAge Health Center (Sham Shui Po)
  • Implement health promotion, health screening, comprehensive health assessments, individualized health management and coach, to the community dwelling elderly
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
