Registered Nurses (Full time / Part time)

為註冊非牟利慈善團體及香港社會服務聯會之會員機構。於社區開設銀鈴護士站及銀鈴醫護站，為基層長者提供免費健康個案管理服務。因應本會發展，現誠聘上述職位。

Requirements :

Holder of valid Registered Nurse (General) practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
Bachelor of Nursing or above
Minimum 2 years of aggregate post registration experience as Registered Nurse with geriatric care in hospital / in community settings (e.g.: CNS, DHC, NGOs, etc.). Experience in dementia care or eye care would be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills; Mature and independent
Good computer literacy

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate health project(s) in the CareAge Health Center (Sham Shui Po)
Implement health promotion, health screening, comprehensive health assessments, individualized health management and coach, to the community dwelling elderly
Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
