Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
HKCEE five passes [incl. English (Syl. B) & Chinese at grade E or above] or HKDSE five subjects [including Chinese and English Language at Level 2 or above] or equivalent
Minimum 3 years solid experience in Human Resources functions in sizable company
Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
Detail-minded, well-organised with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience of using Flex system
Support full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to C&B focus on monthly payroll calculation, tax filing, retirement fund administration and leave administration
Handle routine maintenance on employee database and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate
Ensure salary and related payment in compliance with local law and in timely manner
Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and tools in accordance with Company's rules & regulations
Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for Management's review
Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when assigned
