Key Responsibilities:

• Station at the Good House and report to the attending clinical psychologist at the Good house to assist with any tasks necessary for the smooth operation of client management;
  
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the CPS' duties at the Good House;
  
• Provide low-intensity psychosocial support to clients in need at the Good House under the supervision of clinical psychologist, including but not limited to:
  - Carry out protocol-based psychological screening assessment;
  - Assist in the processes of coordination and follow-up;
  - Assist in preparing psycho-educational materials;
  - Assist in planning, implementing and facilitating psycho-educational programs or activities;
  - Liaise with staff members at the Good House and any other relevant parties to ensure smooth coordination between the CPS and other stakeholders;
  - Provide immediate support in the framework of psychological first aid under the supervision of clinical psychologists if needed;
  - Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by CPS in relation to CPS's duties at the Good House.

• Post-secondary education (Psychology or related disciplines preferred) with good command of Chinese and English; relevant working experience is an advantage;
  
• Proficiency in Chinese and English computer software and wording processing;
  
• Basic research skills required, such as literature review and data analysis;
  
• Strong interest in clinical psychological services; proactive and mature personality; willingness to accept challenging work; capable of working independently with a strong sense of responsibility; good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; and a strong team spirit.
