Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Management and provide leadership and management of the Transitional Housing services of the Agency, which includes but not limited to the overall planning and development of services, establishing service models and tenancy rules, developing vetting procedure and screening arrangement, promotion of effective stakeholder relationship and networking, as well as mobilising available resources for the service advancement and development.

• Post-secondary education preferably with Bachelor degree in Social Work or related discipline;
  
• Minimum 5 years' work experience preferably in social or community services, or related services plus over 2 years' supervisory / management and service development experience;
  
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  
• Strong leadership and good collaboration, networking and organisational skills; and
  
• Computer literate and able to pick up new social policy and innovative concepts quickly.
