朋輩支援員 (半職) (SS3-0.5PSW-DSC)

Descriptions
- 完成中三課程，曾就讀朋輩支援相關課程者優先；
- 殘疾人士/殘疾人士照顧者優先；
- 負責透過個人/家屬照顧經驗，提供分享、外展探訪、電話訪談，以支援殘疾人士及照顧者；支援中心服務，尤其照顧者服務工作；以及籌辦小組活動及社區教育活動，以增加公眾人士對殘疾人士及照顧者的了解及正面認識，推廣建立共融社區；
- 申請者須撰寫一份個人/照顧者成長經歷故事(約200-300字)；
- 每週平均工作44小時(全職)或22小時(半職)，須輪班；主要在九龍區工作。
恆常員工可享有薪年假、婚假、全薪分娩假、全薪侍產假、全薪病假、體恤假、家事假、孝親假、住院及門診保險、人身意外保險、員工醫療服務優惠、隔年免費體檢、僱主強積金供款按年資最高可遞增至 10%、在職培訓等。
本會會按需要要求準僱員進行性罪行定罪紀錄查核。
