Completion of HKDSE with Level 2 or above in five subjects (including Chinese and English), or equivalent qualifications. Relevant training in healthcare services will be considered an advantage
Degree holder with 2 years relevant post-degree experience or Associate Degree with 5 years relevant experience is preferable
Minimum of two year's working experience, preferably in elderly care or related services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to the needs of elderly clients. Possession of blood-taking skills will be given priority
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Mature, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and demonstrates a systematic approach to work
Provide service and operational support across the Core Centre and Satellite Centres
Offer direct assistance to elderly clients in accessing health services
Support healthcare professionals in daily operations, including handling general enquiries, elderly registration, appointment coordination, follow-up arrangements, and other administrative tasks
Deliver both clinical and non-clinical support to nursing staff, including assisting with EHS assessments and performing blood-taking procedures
Facilitate effective communication between elderly clients, caregivers, and healthcare staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance standards
Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor
