• Completion of HKDSE with Level 2 or above in five subjects (including Chinese and English), or equivalent qualifications. Relevant training in healthcare services will be considered an advantage
  
• Degree holder with 2 years relevant post-degree experience or Associate Degree with 5 years relevant experience is preferable
  
• Minimum of two year's working experience, preferably in elderly care or related services
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to the needs of elderly clients. Possession of blood-taking skills will be given priority
  
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  
• Mature, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and demonstrates a systematic approach to work
  
• Provide service and operational support across the Core Centre and Satellite Centres
  
• Offer direct assistance to elderly clients in accessing health services
  
• Support healthcare professionals in daily operations, including handling general enquiries, elderly registration, appointment coordination, follow-up arrangements, and other administrative tasks
  
• Deliver both clinical and non-clinical support to nursing staff, including assisting with EHS assessments and performing blood-taking procedures
  
• Facilitate effective communication between elderly clients, caregivers, and healthcare staff to ensure smooth service delivery
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance standards
  
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor
