Descriptions

  • Provide in-house IT maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for all users;
  • Support school applications, system administration, and system health checks;
  • Assist with PC, Mac, iPad, and network-based projects;
  • Install software and hardware; support daily IT operations; and
  • Handle data processing, reports, filing, and administrative tasks.

Requirements :
  • Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent;
  • Preferred: 2+ years IT experience; previous work in educational settings;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Desktop / Server), MacOS, Linux, and basic networking (switching, routing, firewalls);
  • Experience with school / learning management systems and Google Apps for Education;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; and
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
