職業治療師 (半職) (P2-0.5OTII-IDSP)

Descriptions
- 具政府認可之職業治療學位、有關之註冊證明書及有效執業證書，香港中學會考中、英文科 (課程乙) 合格 / 香港中學文憑考試中、英文科 2 級或以上；
- 具長者服務經驗者優先考慮；
- 為服務使用者提供專業評估及到戶復康治療服務；
- 為照顧者提供相關訓練；
- 督導家居照顧員提供的復康服務，確保服務質素；
- 為照顧人員提供復康相關培訓；
- 為長者提供購買各種職業治療輔助器材的資料及協助長者購買適當的器材；
- 為長者提供家居安全及改裝的意見；
- 與出院策劃小組、註冊護士及社工緊密協作；
- 按需要出席有關工作會議；
- 協助執行上司指派的相關工作；
- 每週平均工作 22 小時，須輪班。
