Responsibilities :

• Communicate assessment results, therapy plans, goals and outcome measures to clients and other relevant stakeholders.
  
• Conduct physical, psycho-social, discipline specific and impairment-based assessments to determine required therapeutic interventions.
  
• Evaluate therapy progress and outcomes using selected therapy outcome measures at regular intervals.
  
• Provide education and self-management training to clients and caregivers.
  
• Plan continuing education programmes for support staff.
  
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of clinical practice and comprehensive client care.

• Degree holder in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  
• Holder of Certificate of Registration with valid practising certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong.
  
• Acupuncture and other post-graduate qualification will be an advantage.
  
• Work experience in stroke rehabilitation and pain management is preferrable.
  
• Mature, service-oriented, attentive to detail, with empathy and a strong commitment to patient care.
