VR Management Limited is a healthcare service management company under Chevalier Group to manage the Group's portfolio of healthcare investments, including Ventria Residence, Hong Kong's first private luxury Continuing Care Retirement Community and Ventria Rehabilitation Centre, a private rehabilitation clinic focused on promoting wellness and longevity. We now invite dedicated professional to join us.
Descriptions
Responsibilities :
- Communicate assessment results, therapy plans, goals and outcome measures to clients and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct physical, psycho-social, discipline specific and impairment-based assessments to determine required therapeutic interventions.
- Evaluate therapy progress and outcomes using selected therapy outcome measures at regular intervals.
- Provide education and self-management training to clients and caregivers.
- Plan continuing education programmes for support staff.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of clinical practice and comprehensive client care.
Requirements :
- Degree holder in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Holder of Certificate of Registration with valid practising certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong.
- Acupuncture and other post-graduate qualification will be an advantage.
- Work experience in stroke rehabilitation and pain management is preferrable.
- Mature, service-oriented, attentive to detail, with empathy and a strong commitment to patient care.
