Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Community Outreach : Actively reach out to and engage with ethnic minority households and individuals to identify their needs.
  
• Program Planning & Implementation : Design, organize, and execute support services and community programs tailored for ethnic minorities across various age groups.
  
• Volunteer Management : Recruit, train, organize, and manage a volunteer team to support the service's objectives.
  
• Operational Flexibility : Work a standard 44-hour week, with a willingness to operate across assigned locations in Tuen Mun and Tsuen Wan.

• Registered Social Worker in Hong Kong with a recognized degree in Social Work from a Hong Kong University or equivalent.
  
• Grade E or above with 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language in HKCEE or Level 2 in HKDSE or above or equivalent.
  
• Good communication skill, organizational skill and leadership qualities.
  
• Fluent in English is required.
