Job Purpose :
The core purpose of this position is to provide strategic leadership, operational management and service development for the service centre in Tai Po. S/he ensures service excellence, team performance, stakeholder collaboration, and service innovation to enhance community resilience of Tai Po.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee service planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation to achieve service indicators.
  
• Conduct situation analysis, community needs assessment, and identify service gaps.
  
• Lead, supervise and coach team members.
  
• Oversee service quality, risk management, budgeting, reporting and compliance.
  
• Implement action plans and conduct home visit and case assessment as required.
  
• Build and maintain strong networks with governmental departments, NGOs, community partners, volunteers and service users.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, preferably in social work or social science; Registered Social Worker (RSW) preferred.
  
• Minimum 5 years' postgraduate and relevant working experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in the social service sector.
  
• Familiar to community and centre-based service setting and sensitive to service users' needs.
  
• Strong people management, team building and staff coaching ability.
  
• Effective networking with government departments, NGOs, schools, volunteers and stakeholders.
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills, proactive with maturity.
  
• Excellent command of both written and oral English, Chinese / Cantonese / Putonghua.
  
• Good knowledge of administrative work, finance processing, and the use of digital tools.
