Job Description and Responsibilities :
- To plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate support services and programmes for ethnic minorities.
- To supervise Programme Workers under his or her programmes.
- To develop partnership and network with community organizations in order to expand resources and facilitate service delivery.
- To proactively reach out to ethnic minority, build communities and connect networks and promote service to them.
- Working Location : Sha Tin District.
Qualification :
- Registered Social Worker.
- Holding Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in social work from a local university or equivalent.
- Relevant working experience with ethnic minorities or in social service is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, implementation, liaison and leadership skills.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
