Asia Sales Director, Semiconductor Chips

Location : Hong Kong / Greater Bay Area
Reports to : Global VP of Sales
Job Summary :
Oversee Asia regional sales for high-performance computing chips. Lead the sales team, build strategic enterprise partnerships with AI & cloud infrastructure clients, and deliver regional revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop Asia sales strategy
- Manage key accounts, negotiate large framework agreements
- Lead and develop the regional sales team
- Align with product, technical and supply chain teams to support customer projects
- Candidates with practical experience in global multinational finance are preferred
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree minimum; 8+ years semiconductor sales experience, 3+ years team management background
- Existing client network in AI GPU / HPC industry preferred
- Deep insights into Asia cloud & data center market
- Fluent English and Mandarin
