Jockey Club Centre for Positive Ageing (JCCPA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the care of the elderly with dementia, is looking for a highly motivated person to join its multi-disciplinary team to fill the above post.

Descriptions

  • Valid Enrolled Nurse / Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
  • At least 3 years post-graduation working experience in the elderly service sector and no less than 1-year working with people with dementia and their caregivers
  • To be responsible for working with people with dementia in daycare and residential care settings with operational duties
  • Provide case management services and direct nursing care to people with dementia through an in-house electronic platform
  • Monitor the quality of nursing care and supervise the frontline staff to cope with different circumstances
  • Experience in psychiatric nursing duties and mental health-related work in the geriatric field is an advantage
