Suicide Prevention Services is a registered charity providing sustainable, volunteer-based suicide prevention services in the community. It includes a 24-hour Suicide Prevention Hotline, Suicide Prevention Service for the Elderly, Services for Family with Elderly, Services for Survivors of Sudden Death and Suicide Loss, Community Education & Life Education for Youths.
Descriptions
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
- Oversee operations of existing service projects, driving comprehensive project planning, performance reporting, and budget management.
- Supervise frontline staff and build strategic professional networks with community partners and stakeholders.
- Lead service innovation initiatives and draft compelling proposals to secure external funding and resources.
- Provide case support services, bereavement support groups, educational programs, and volunteer management initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- With recognized Degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, with a proven track record in proposal writing, report preparation, and the supervision of professional staff and volunteers.
- A mature, energetic leader and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
