Contract Period: 1-year full-time
Requirements:
Completed Secondary Education, able to read and speak English and Cantonese; Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; And proficient in computer applications and general clerical/word processing tasks
Duties:
Supporting scheduling, meeting arrangements, materials preparation, and clerical work; Assisting with documentation, filing, data entry, attendance records, and reimbursement-related tasks; Supporting activity logistics and operational arrangements; Assisting staff in preparation and implementation work as assigned; And outreaching to ethnic minority community for service engagement
Working hour:
39 net working hours per week; Require to work 1-2 evening shifts per week; and may be required to work on Sundays and Public Holidays
Location: Territory-wide
Salary:
$14,570 (Starting from MPS Pt.0, Commensurate with working experience)
