• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences or related disciplines
  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate partnership development, fundraising, resource mobilization, business development, ESG / CSR initiatives, communications or NGO sector
  
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with corporates, foundations, donors and community stakeholders
  
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, mature, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiatives
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills
  
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  
• Experience in fundraising, proposal development, sponsorship acquisition or corporate engagement is an advantage
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  
• Develop and implement corporate partnership, fundraising and resource mobilization strategies
  
• Build and maintain partnerships with corporates, foundations, donors and community stakeholders
  
• Lead and coordinate corporate sponsorships, volunteer engagement programmes, fundraising campaigns and major fundraising events
  
• Manage the agency's website, social media platforms and digital engagement initiatives
  
• Prepare funding proposals, sponsorship packages, presentations and reports
  
• Collaborate with service units to support service development and resource generation
  
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
